Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Freshpeylife. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below to understand the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Condition: In new and unused condition.

Packaging: In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by a receipt or order number.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@Freshpeylife.com.

Approval Required: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original sender's address. We will provide the correct return address via email once your request is approved.

Method: All returns must be sent via mail using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

4. Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us at support@Freshpeylife.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If a return is required and the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, you may be eligible for reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs after the returned item is received and inspected. Customers must use a trackable shipping service and provide a valid shipping receipt.

Non-Defective Returns / Change of Mind:
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Restocking Fee

Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee is calculated based on the item's original purchase price and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund, minus the restocking fee, will be processed within 10 business days.

Method: The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@Freshpeylife.com.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days at support@Freshpeylife.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and provide return instructions if necessary. Please do not send the item back before receiving approval from us. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, but if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed after inspection.

8. European Union Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

The item must still meet our condition requirements. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our responsibility, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed after the returned item is received and inspected.
